Content made for social, not just for the brochure
Commercial photography and social media content are not quite the same thing. A beautiful landscape image can fall flat in a vertical Instagram story, and a product shot that works in a catalogue can disappear in a busy feed. We plan every shoot around where the content will live: vertical frames for stories and reels, 4:5 crops for the feed, wide shots for your website and banners, and short video clips that can be cut into ads. When it is planned properly, one shoot day can feed your channels for a month or more.
What we shoot
- Brand and lifestyle shoots: people wearing, using and enjoying your product, styled on location. See the after-dark Famous Last Words fashion editorial, Mieliestronk apparel on a farm and Built4 on court.
- Product photography: clean, gift-ready product shots and campaign imagery, like the festive Boya campaign.
- Industrial and workplace shoots: the Q Tyres rim workshop in Pretoria, the Pebble Africa yard and the HNP Boerdery packhouse and orchards.
- Food and hospitality: plates, drinks, interiors and the chefs behind them, as in our Double Dutch shoot.
- Aerial and on-water: drone and boat-based photography of the superyacht Maverick.
- Short-form video: coaching series and reels, such as the My Golf Pro coaching videos, plus lifestyle product content like Safari Outdoor.
- Behind the scenes: launch-day and campaign content, like the Dunk ice baths shoot.
How a shoot day works
- Brief and shot list: what the content is for, which products and people need to appear, the locations, and every format you need.
- Location and logistics: at your premises, on location in Pretoria and Gauteng, or further afield. We confirm timings, styling and permissions before the day.
- The shoot: photo and video in one session where it makes sense, captured in both vertical and horizontal formats.
- Edit and delivery: edited selects in web and print sizes, organised so your team can find them, plus short clips cut for social.
Industrial, agricultural and “hard to make look good”
Some of our strongest work comes from places brands assume are not photogenic: a rim refurbishment workshop, a pebble screening yard, a citrus sorting line. Real people at work, real machinery and real product make content that stock photography cannot copy, and it gives B2B companies something genuine to post about. If your business makes, grows or fixes things, there is a story worth shooting.
Use it everywhere
The content we create can feed your social media management, your paid ads, your website and your print material. Usage is agreed before the shoot, so you know exactly where the images and video can be used. Shoot days are also available as an add-on to our monthly packages.
