Choosing the right influencer

A big follower count is not the same as the right fit. Before we approach anyone, we look at:

  • Audience: where their followers are (South Africa, Gauteng, your city) and whether they match your customers.
  • Fit: whether the person would plausibly use your product. Audiences can tell when a partnership is forced.
  • Engagement: real comments and conversations, not just likes.
  • Content quality: how they show up on camera and how their content fits your brand.
  • Brand safety: past content and partnerships that could clash with yours.

Celebrity campaigns or micro-influencers?

Celebrity and athlete partnerships bring instant attention and credibility, and they are ideal for launches and big moments. Micro-influencers (creators with smaller, loyal followings) can be more affordable, more local and often more trusted within a niche. Many brands combine the two: one headline name for reach, and a group of local creators for ongoing content.

What we handle

  1. Strategy and shortlist: campaign goals, the type of talent that fits, and a shortlist for your approval.
  2. Outreach and agreements: approaching talent or their management, and agreeing deliverables, timelines and usage.
  3. Production: our content team on set, so the content looks as good on your channels as it does on theirs.
  4. Posting and amplification: coordinated posting, plus paid ads behind the best-performing content where usage allows.
  5. Reporting: reach, engagement, clicks and enquiries, explained in plain language.

Doing it properly

South Africa’s Advertising Regulatory Board expects paid partnerships to be clearly disclosed, so every post we manage is labelled correctly. Clear agreements on what will be posted, when, and how long the brand can reuse the content protect both you and the talent.

Can you get a specific celebrity for our brand?

We can approach the talent or their management on your behalf, but no agency can guarantee a yes. We always prepare alternatives with a similar fit.

Yes. Smaller, local creators are often the best fit for Pretoria and Gauteng businesses, and they work well alongside one headline name.
